the room offered natural light and felt nicely presented. the bathroom size was acceptable. heating and AC worked well. its location proves great for accessing alexanderplatz and the train station.
the pillow quality was not great, offering little support

the staff demonstrated friendliness and willingness to assist. check-in and check-out were easy. there were number lockers available, and i received an individual pin code.

the installations felt clean and modern. a large shopping center and metro station, alexanderplatz, stand close by. i could not hear passing trains at all with the windows closed despite proximity to the railway.

i found the hotel very close to alexanderplatz station which was great i could easily reach other parts of the city i also appreciated the soundproofed rooms i barely heard the trains despite the hotel's proximity to the tracks the staff were cute and helpful the rooms were clean and tidy
the pillows provided were not comfortable i found them too thin

a mall across from the hotel provided many options for dining i liked the supermarket there i could grab snacks and drinks conveniently also there are multiple restaurants located within a short walk

my room had enough storage space for my luggage it included hangers for clothes the bed was comfortable and i slept well each room uses a code for entry it is a good security measure

the hotel offers bicycle rentals which is a great way to see the city there is also luggage storage available it is very helpful if you arrive early or have a late departure vending machines in the reception offer drinks and snacks

the location was really convenient. it was near a shopping center. also, it was just a short walk to alexanderplatz station. the staff were also friendly.
the room lacked a kettle. this meant i could not make coffee. the walls also had scuffs and dirt in places. i thought this wasnt good.
